We measure from bow to stern and do not care what length your outdrive is or what length your trailer is!
We are located just a few minutes North of Lake Geneva near Highway 11 & 67 in Elkhorn Wisconsin.
Here are the requirements:
**Boats, cars, wave runners, snowmobiles are to be 21' or less in length, end to end
**You must pick up on April 19th
**Our special rate is $200 per the Winter season (+ sales tax)
**Prepayment for the season is required with storage agreement. We take personal checks, Visa or Master Cards
BUILDING DESCRIPTION:
We store over 150 Boats & Cars in our clean, dry, secure, buildings w/concrete floors.
We offer the lowest rate of any legitimate business in the area (not some guy with a barn and dirt floors, rats and mice).
How can we offer you such low storage rates at less than $30 per month?
1.) One additional drop off date. We run a tight ship! Everone drops off on one day (we will try to acommodate you if you are unable to make it on the 20th of October). Email us. This allows us to bring in the same experienced crew that we have had for years! And this makes us extremely efficient...Only one day in and one day out and we pass the savings on to you!
2.) One pick up date. We pass the savings on to you!(Read #1)
3.) We run at capacity. We are filled to capacity every year without fail!We pass the savings on to you!
4.) Every customer prepays. This allows for almost zero book keeping, invoicing, mailing, and waiting for payment. We pass the savings on to you!
5.) We use email, for sending agreements, in lieu of snail mail. This saves time & postage. We pass the savings on to you!
6.) We designed our own web site and host it for FREE! We pass the savings on to you!
7.) We run FREE ads, just like you are reading right now! We pass the savings on to you!
8.) We do NOT service boats or have huge overhead for sales and service and employees, which is very expensive. We're not on the water, which will cost you an arm and a leg (For an 18 foot boat at any one of our lakefront competitors, storage will likely cost you 3, 4, 5 times what we charge. We pass the savings on to you)! Being inland and with little overhead, We pass the savings on to you!
9.) We do NOT allow any owner access during the storage period. This eliminates liability and the possibility of damage to others vehicles. Once stored, your baby will not move a fraction of an inch until April.
We are a family owned company and really value each and every custome. We'll treat your property as if it were our own and handle it with "kid gloves".
